Founded by Dr. Fred Leist M.D. in 1976, Olympic Plastic Surgery Center has served Kitsap County and the surrounding communities for over 34 years with this fundamental principle in mind. Dr. Leist is well respected within the community for his stewardship, love of his craft, and leadership. He retired in 2008 so that he could “Live the Adventure” with his wonderful wife Ceil. Since that time, Dr. Thomas Meeks, M.D. has continued Dr. Leist's vision of helping patients to "Live the Adventure" themselves, through quality service and care.
